  • Private Residences

The primary specialty experience of Green & Green, Inc. would be working successfully within rural environments along with an understanding of all the associated cultural differences. Renovation of existing facilities would also be considered an area of specialized experience. Green & Green, Inc. also has specialized experience in classrooms with upgraded technology such as video conferencing, radio / television broadcasting, vocational shops and labs. The firm also has recreational experience in planning and designing athletic facilities including interior / exterior courts, running tracks and synthetic turf ball fields.

Green & Green, Inc. is also successful in working within established budgets and meeting schedules due to their background in construction management and corporate commercial architecture. Repeat client projects allow them to get to know the campus or facility very well, generate a working relationship with the maintenance and facility staff and develop a proficiency in responding to the needs of the users. They have completed numerous architectural projects as a small firm which total over 45 million in construction costs with an additional 16 million in construction costs related to construction management services. They have found that they can accomplish more as a small firm without the interruptions and maze one may find at a larger architectural firm. Small firm advantages have resulted in better service for the client.

The Project Planning Guide is one of the primary planning tools used on large projects which allows a small firm like Green & Green, Inc. to provide well managed services for large projects. The client also benefits from this small but competent firm philosophy as it eliminates having to sift through a large staff and repeat information for large firm staff turnover.
